The price of the services is indicated on the site. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Canadian dollars and are taxable.
Le Jardin de Mathilde reserves the right, at its free discretion and according to the modalities of which it will be the sole judge, to propose promotional offers or price reductions.
The prices that are in effect on the site may differ from the prices in store. Some promotional offers are exclusive to our online sales site and cannot be applied in store. Call us before you come if you want to have information on promotions.
Offers, including promotional codes received in the newsletter, are not applicable retroactively on an order already placed.
Prices may be revised by Le Jardin de Mathilde at any time, at its free discretion.
Terms of payment
The terms of payment of the price of the Services are described on the site.
Payment is made by direct debit using the user’s credit card number, or by PayPal.
The direct debit is implemented by the payment provider designated on the site, which alone keeps the user’s bank details for this purpose. Le Jardin de Mathilde does not keep any bank details.
The user guarantees Le Jardin de Mathilde that he has the necessary permissions to use the method of payment chosen. It undertakes to take the necessary measures so that the automatic debiting of the price of the services can be carried out.
No cancellation of order as well as its refunding could be made with less than 48h of the delivery date of your flowers. All cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before the delivery date.
Le jardin de Mathilde reserves the right to issue an electronic gift card as a refund.
Le Jardin de Mathilde reserves the right to refuse any order. Any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days
In the event that the cancellation must be made on the day of delivery for exceptional reasons, for example if the recipient is unable to receive the delivery within a reasonable period of time, Le Jardin de Mathilde will not issue a refund but will issue a gift card for the value of the order.
The buyer undertakes and is responsible for providing all the exact information of the recipient necessary for the smooth delivery: address, floor, suite, apartment number, postal code and telephone number. Le Jardin de Mathilde cannot be held responsible if the information is erroneous or missing.
Le Jardin de Mathilde will communicate with all recipients before making each delivery to ensure its presence at the address indicated (the day before for very busy days) and thus agree on a time slot for delivery. This condition is not negotiableunless the delivery is made to a hospital or senior’s residence. Two time slots are available: 10am to 2pm or 12pm to 5pm. We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not provide a Canadian phone number to contact the recipient.
For security reasons and to avoid theft or damage to delivered items, Le Jardin de Mathilde will not leave any goods outside the door. If we have to do so, exceptionally, with your written consent or at the request of the recipient, we will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of the items delivered.
In case of absence of the addressee at the time of delivery despite a prior confirmation of his presence, a second delivery will be made at the expense of the sender, or the order will be available for collection in store. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
Additional delivery charges may be billed to the buyer if our delivery service has to go to another address than the one indicated on the order.
Our deliveries are made on average within 5 hours from the beginning of the chosen time slot. As a reminder, two time slots are available: 10am to 2pm or 12pm to 5pm. Please note that during busy periods, such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, etc., we do not guarantee any delivery time and a longer delay may apply. Le Jardin de Mathilde cannot be held responsible for any additional delay caused by events beyond our control such as traffic, a road accident, a whim of Mother Nature, etc… Please know that we will do everything in our power to make deliveries within a reasonable time and offer you an impeccable service.

Le Jardin de Mathilde undertakes to reimburse the delivery costs if the delay exceeds 120 minutes.
The request for reimbursement can only be made by email ( email@example.com ), with supporting proof. (photo or other means of proof of arrival time).
Le jardin de Mathilde will investigate with its delivery provider and will proceed to the refund within 7 working days.
The customer is responsible for picking up his order within 48 hours. For perishable products (cut flowers), beyond this period, we can not guarantee the freshness of products and no exchange or refund will be possible. For non-perishable products, Le Jardin de Mathilde reserves the right to put the products back on sale after 48 hours and to refund the order.
For pickups at partner stores, the days of delivery are from Monday to Friday following their opening days from 14h.
Pickups for the weekends will be done on Monday.
For the store Patati et Patata. Pick-ups are only on Wednesdays.
Pick-ups at our Masson location are from Monday to Sunday.
Delivery by Canada Post
If the product received does not suit you, you have two weeks from the date of receipt to return it. The original packaging of the product must be intact. You can return the product by Canada Post at your expense or send it back to us at the 2619 Masson Street store (only).
The original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
For the sendings of plants, the sendings are done only on Monday and Tuesday.
During the summer and winter vacations, an additional 2 days may be added.
The selected delivery date cannot be guaranteed by Canada Post.

Disparity between the product received and the pictures on the website
The flowers, plants and container may vary depending on the season. Le Jardin de Mathilde is committed to respecting the dominant flower, the budget, as well as the colors as far as possible and according to the availability of products.
All products may differ from the site and photos are not contractual.
Your satisfaction is our guarantee
You have 48 hours to inform us of any dissatisfaction. You can contact us at 438-375-1305 or by email at email@example.com and will need to send us several photos to support your dissatisfaction.
Le Jardin de Mathilde does not offer any additional guarantee on its products beyond this 48 hour period.
Only pot holders can be exchanged within 15 days upon presentation of your invoice.
